Shipping + Processing

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing times.

All orders are shipped out on Tuesday of every week. If you place your order after 12 noon on a Tuesday it will not be shipped out until the following Tuesday.

If you are local to Westchester, NY and want to avoid shipping fees, select the Pickup option at checkout and follow directions.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently we only ship within the United States via USPS.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we currently do not accept any refunds or exchanges. However if you do run into an issue, please send us an email at Erika@ritualhairandmakeupstudio.com and we will find the best solution for you.

All Primal Products are made with the highest quality, real ingredients. It is important to store them properly and read ingredient list to make sure you are not allergic to any of the plants or oils that are included. You are the sole operator of your body and in the end what you put on your scalp, body and hair is your choice and responsibility.
